Our story

Started in a garage.
Still run like one.

Ember & Oak began as a single drum roaster and a folding table at the Sunday market. Nine years on we're a full café, but the standard hasn't moved — beans roasted in small batches, milk steamed to order, and nobody rushed out the door.

Everything on the menu is made upstairs, that morning, by people who actually enjoy doing it. That's the whole pitch.
