We confirm the order
We follow up by email to confirm the details, then send a Xero invoice with a GoCardless direct debit link.

Questions
Before you ask
Can I really edit everything myself?
Yes — text, images, products, blog posts, prices, hours, the lot. It's built so you're never stuck waiting on me for a small change.
What if I already have a domain?
Bring it — no charge, we'll just point it at your new site. If you need a new one, it's $3/month, no separate registrar account to manage yourself.
How does billing work?
Invoiced quarterly via Xero, paid by direct debit through GoCardless. You're billed just before each quarter starts, not after.
How long does it take to go live?
Your site can be deployed within 48 hours. From there, it's up to you to add your own info and images — or send them through and we'll drop them in.
Can I switch templates later?
Yes — instantly, from your own admin panel, no rebuild and no waiting on us. Every feature works across every template, so your content just carries straight over into the new look.
Is there a contract?
No contract for hosting — it's month-to-month, cancel any time. Domains are a 12-month term, same as any registrar, so if we've registered one for you and you leave partway through, that term still needs paying out.
